The objectives of All India Equality Forum are firmly grounded in the Constitution of India. We are committed to protecting the fundamental rights of every Indian citizen, particularly those enshrined in Articles 14, 15, 16, and 17.
All India Equality Forum shall generally be a welfare, non-political organization for the public and primarily for employees, working towards the well-being of all sections of society.
The Forum shall make every possible effort to protect the equality rights of Indian citizens as granted to them by the Constitution of India.
In matters relating to central/state and other services as defined under Article 12 of the Indian Constitution, the Forum shall protect the fundamental rights of equality of Indian citizens as per Article 16(2) — without any discrimination based on caste, race, gender, religion, state, or place of birth.
In admissions to various educational, medical, engineering, veterinary, agricultural, and other professional institutions, the Forum shall protect the fundamental rights of equality of all citizens without discrimination based on caste, race, gender, religion, state, or place of birth.
The Forum shall fight against caste-based constitutional amendments that go against the legal provisions of equal protection and equal opportunity in the Constitution. It shall work on the principle: "Protection for all, reservation for none."
As per Article 335 of the Constitution, the efficiency of national administration shall be maintained, and unity, goodwill, sense of duty, and brotherhood among Indian citizens/employees shall be promoted without any basis of caste, race, or religion.
The moral values of Indian citizens shall be enhanced to eliminate social evils, all forms of corruption, untouchability, casteism, regionalism, etc., and to safeguard national interests.
The right to equality as per the law shall be ensured for every citizen, without discrimination based on position or status.
The protection of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes shall be ensured, and the misuse of special laws enacted for their protection shall be prevented.
To achieve the above objectives, cooperation and affiliation shall be established with like-minded organizations.
Public awareness shall be generated against national evils such as casteism, regionalism, and corruption, and mutual unity and brotherhood among Indian citizens shall be maintained.
Any other objective that the organization deems necessary may be added, subject to passing a resolution by the committee of founding members.
